New builded house made of yellow stones at a wonderful and quiet barrio of TYROS ARKADIAS. And only 200 km from Athens At the verge of TAIGETOS Mountains chain with panoramic view to mountains and sea (is only 1000 meters from the beautiful clean beach)                 

 It is 90% completed in a land of 452 m2 and covers about the 110m2 of them all the other space is free. It is surrounded with cement and stones walls 1.5~2.0 m. high with balusters on top

The house is constructed with the traditional technique for building of stones (piece by piece all by hand) the walls are 50 -55 cm thickness. And between the stones there are some specific materials in order to holds all the items together for many –many years 

The roof is constructed by heavy duty woods made of walnut.     And used the most modern materials which have the approval for maximum thermal insulation and waterproofing. Various sizes of woods and planks which are covered two times with breathing membrane 5.0mm thickness. Above of these one foam-foil 16.0mm and the tiles on the top for the drains of rain water there is one specific construction. As well have been installed all the necessary lines for sun- collectors on future on the roof above the tiles 

The building consisting of two levels    

A) The bases which have been constructed from heavy duty cement and  they have a free space of 98 m3. A little higher than the garden’s level. This space is open from the south side and can be used or as one home or of two apartments of 49 m2 or as garage for cars and boats 

The main house consisting as well with two **internal levels 6.5 ~ 7.0m high ** and is closed with aluminum doors and windows with steel balusters.    The two main entrances are of high quality security doors. At the first level there is one big room about 50m2. With two aluminum glass doors for the east balcony (3.5 x 11.0 meters) which is looking to the sea. There are the kitchen, one small toilet, and the salon, by side of one big fireplace that has the ability to heating all the room by means of woods, and one small balcony 1.5 x 2.5m to the north 

Floors,toilers and stairs are made of high quality tiles. There are all the necessary lines in the floor for water, heating or electricity. At the same level existing the west balcony all-around of house for the BBQ and others use 40~45m2. This balcony has panoramic view to TAIGETOS Mountains. (About 2000 meters high) 

The second internal level is about 48 m2 and there are, the main bedroom and one toilet.  All the other space have been prepared ( need only the wooden floor and the internal separations ) in order to use as bedrooms and another one toilet 

The house is timeless and has been constructed to stay for many years at pristine condition. Many more changes can be applied.
