Ground floor: One bedroom, living room, with a kitchen, bathroom, fireplace

With an internal staircase we go to 

A) floor where the living room, dining room, kitchen is located, bathroom with normal bathtub, fireplace. There is also a hatch on the ground floor, with which if we want to isolate it from the rest of the house. The roof is traditional with tree trunks. 

Also from the external staircase we enter the living room and the kitchen of the first floor.

The house has two entrances and two separate water meters. 

Under the external staircase there is the oil tank and storage space for wood. There are also two water heaters.
